ABSTRACTS
In this collection, I focus on color, shapes, and movement. I start with a photo and use editing tools to create prints that aim to spark both visual and emotional reactions. As you look at these images, think about what might have inspired them or what the original subject was. Art is open to interpretation, so I invite you to use your imagination as you experience each piece.
BLOSSONS ON BLACK
Often, the colors and their tones are overlooked because extra elements can distract from the unique qualities of each blossom. The “Blossoms on Black” series was created to highlight the bloom itself and showcase its many colors and shades.
FLORAL
I appreciate the classic beauty of nature even more when I think about how elegance and charm can appear in a world shaped by chaos and chance. Sunlight and moisture, for example, can help things grow or cause damage, but sometimes they come together just right and create stunning scenes, almost by accident.
MEMORIES
Memories come from important life events or moments that remind us of something from the past. The prints in this collection focus on events or experiences that are meaningful to me or something that happened in the past. While color and movement play a role, the subject matter matters just as much.
